Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 2-month contract in Nashville, TN. This hybrid role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, candidate experience, and sourcing across multiple channels.

You will collaborate with HR and hiring managers, manage the ATS, and support onboarding. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in recruiting, Workday experience, and a proven ability to handle high-volume roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years related experience; fully competent in job requirements.
• 1+ year combined staffing or recruiting experience.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting.
• Workday experience.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; data handling.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative recruitment and talent-sourcing support for open requisitions.
• Assist with the full-cycle execution of all recruitment activities and ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Review, revise, and publish open job requisitions to the careers page; source candidates via web/social/traditional channels.
• Screen applicants with prescreening questions to ensure fit and qualifications.
• Manage interview scheduling and coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Partner with managers to form candidate evaluations and to make hiring recommendations.
• Maintain spreadsheets and ATS data; develop recruiting status reports and metrics.
• Extend offers and support onboarding; assist Regional HRBPs with HR-related activities.
