Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with a growing construction client in Denver to hire a Talent Coordinator on a 6+ month contract. The role supports the Talent Acquisition team with high-volume scheduling, postings, onboarding, and coordination across states.

The position offers medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and standard hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruiting or Talent Acquisition in an administrative capacity.
• Experience scheduling interviews in a high-volume environment.
• Experience creating or managing job postings.
• Familiarity with candidate onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews and manage scheduling logistics.
• Create and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interview steps and candidate communication.
• Manage administrative onboarding activities once candidates accept an offer.
• Track recruiting activity and help ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Assist with basic candidate sourcing or recruiting activities as needed.
