The role supports staffing in a designated region with a 37.5-hour week, remote or hybrid work options, and compensation of $30–$38 per hour. Four+ years of recruiting experience and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Four years of staffing experience or equivalent combination required, including three years as a direct recruiter in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing activities for a designated region and partner with management to meet regional and corporate hiring goals.
• Identify and cultivate sources for hiring experienced and entry-level personnel using networks, referrals, and internet mining tools.
• Manage recruiting budget and develop preferred supplier list with discounted contract rates.
• Screen, interview, and test applicants; maintain applicant databases and provide regional hiring metrics.
