Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of prior research, sourcing or recruiting experience for distribution centers and warehouses.
• Knowledge of recruiting systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Taleo.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Decision making ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop specific sourcing strategies and tactical plans to obtain the best talent for distribution center/warehouse open positions.
• Generate names of potential candidates for specified searches across the distribution centers and warehouses.
• Manage sourcing for the company's distribution center and supply chain roles, including but not limited to - Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Managers, Transportation Analysts, and Warehouse Supervisors.
• Attend in-take and strategy meetings with recruiters and suggest strategies to find the appropriate candidates for the given searches.
• Assist in the development of appropriate company target lists and proactively generate talent pipelines.
• Actively generate candidates for specific assignments using every available channel of outreach.
• Ensure all candidates sourced are logged and tracked.
• Provide recruiters candidate support as needed.
