Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support nationwide growth. This hybrid role focuses on full lifecycle recruitment across Corporate, Call Center, and Supply Chain, partnering with Hiring Managers to implement effective strategies and build a strong talent pipeline.

The position requires at least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with sourcing methods and ATS. Travel to national offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in full life cycle recruitment.
• Ability to attract, engage, and assess top talent in a highly competitive environment.
• Exceptional candidate management and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions across departments and locations.
• Excellent networking and verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing using social media, ATS, Google/Boolean search operators, and job boards.
• Experience with talent management / applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Ability to travel to other national offices as needed.
