Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience.
• 1+ years of recruiting or HR experience.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Understanding of full-life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offers.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and engages top talent aligned with business needs.
• Partners with Hiring Managers and TA Leadership to clarify role requirements and recruiting strategies.
• Guides recruiting tools, ATS, interview guides, offers and onboarding workflows.
• Sources qualified candidates through diverse channels and represents the employer value proposition.
• Conducts interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit, providing recommendations.
• Manages active and passive candidate pipelines to maintain talent flow for openings.
• Maintains regular communication with candidates to ensure timely updates and a positive experience.
• Monitors recruiting metrics and hiring progress, reporting trends to leadership.
• Follows recruiting policies to maintain consistency and compliance.
• Works on ad hoc recruitment projects as needed.
