Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking a Recruiter who will drive proactive talent acquisition across high-volume craft and professional roles. You will build pipelines, engage passive candidates, and manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll partner with hiring leaders, translate workforce needs into hiring strategies, and maintain candidate data in Workday while ensuring compliance. The role requires urgency, ownership, and outcome-driven recruiting across the US.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactively sourcing both passive and active candidates.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder collaboration.
• Expertise in behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage the external labor market to identify and connect with top talent.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for high-volume and professional roles.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction to offer acceptance.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and advise on market conditions.
• Assess candidates using behavioral interviewing and consultative evaluation.
• Maintain recruiting data and activity in Workday and ensure compliance.
