Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruiting for multiple offices and lines of business.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill positions across West region and beyond.
• Apply creative sourcing strategies to identify talent.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and be the primary contact throughout evaluation.
• Represent the company at recruiting events and career fairs.
