Job summary

Progress Residential, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Partner in Tempe, AZ to deliver full life cycle recruiting across the organization. You will partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, source top talent, screen and interview candidates, and guide the offer/onsite onboarding process.

You will build strong candidate relationships, maintain a robust pipeline, and contribute to continuous improvements in recruiting processes and metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with ATS systems (iCIMS, Workday, Greenhouse).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment life cycle for requisitions up to executive level, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers.
• Source candidates via networks, online databases, employee referrals and passive search.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates; present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers and manage candidate experience throughout recruiting.
• Maintain meticulous data in the Applicant Tracking System and generate pipeline reports.
• Lead and participate in recruitment trainings and collaborate with leaders on staffing strategies.
