Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
• Excellent communication; strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions for multiple offices and lines of business.
• Partner with hiring managers to hire across Mountain Region and beyond.
• Apply creative talent acquisition sourcing strategies to identify talent.
• Conduct initial applicant phone/video interviews; be primary contact during evaluation.
• Represent the company at recruiting events (career fairs, campus fairs, etc.).
