DH Pace Company, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a results-oriented Recruiter to handle all facets of Recruiting from our Charlotte office.

This role offers a hybrid work schedule after an introductory period and partners with managers to build our field, warehouse, and administration teams. You will use sourcing strategies and maintain a positive candidate experience to bring the best people to the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience coupled with a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Utilize full-life cycle recruiting & sourcing experience and manage requisitions for multiple offices and lines of business.
• Partner with hiring managers to hire employees across the East and beyond for: various levels of skilled residential, commercial, and entry door installers and service technicians, warehouse associates, administration, and manager requisitions.
• Apply creative Talent Acquisition sourcing strategies to identify talent.
• Conduct initial applicant phone/video interviews and serve as applicants’ primary point of contact throughout the evaluation process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Professionally represent Company at recruiting events; specifically career fairs, campus fairs, and technical school engagements.
