DH Pace Company, Inc. in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking a results-oriented Recruiter to manage full-life cycle recruiting across multiple offices. This hybrid role partners with managers to build field, warehouse and administration teams, delivering a positive candidate experience.

Candidates should have at least three years of recruiting experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• Three years of full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage requisitions for multiple offices and lines of business.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill various roles across regions and functions.
• Apply creative sourcing strategies to identify talent.
• Conduct initial applicant interviews and serve as primary contact throughout evaluation.
• Represent the company at recruiting events (career fairs, campus fairs, etc.).
