DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Recruiter for our Charlotte, NC office with a hybrid work schedule after an introductory period.

You will partner with managers to build field, warehouse, and admin teams, using creative sourcing to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. Minimum three years of recruiting experience plus a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is required.

Qualifications

• Three years of recruiting experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-life cycle recruiting for multiple offices and lines of business.
• Partner with hiring managers to hire across East region and beyond for various roles.
• Apply sourcing strategies to identify talent and conduct initial interviews.
• Serve as primary point of contact through evaluation process and represent the company at recruiting events.
