Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Recruiter to handle all facets of recruiting based at our Denver, Colorado office.

The role offers a hybrid work schedule after an introductory period and requires at least three years of recruiting experience plus a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. You will partner with managers to build our field, warehouse, and administration teams, employing creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience coupled with Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience/education may be considered.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Travel up to 5 days/quarter to Mountain Region locations or to career/job fairs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize full-life cycle recruiting & sourcing for multiple offices and lines of business.
• Partner with hiring managers to hire across Mountain Region and beyond for multiple roles.
• Apply creative Talent Acquisition sourcing strategies to identify talent.
• Conduct initial applicant phone/video interviews and be primary contact throughout evaluation process.
• Represent the company at recruiting events (career fairs, campus fairs, technical school engagements).
