Job summary

DH Pace Company is seeking a results-oriented Recruiter to handle all facets of Recruiting based at our Charlotte, North Carolina office. This role offers a hybrid schedule after an introductory period and requires at least three years of recruiting experience with a Bachelor's degree.

You will partner with managers to build our field, warehouse, and administration teams, using creative sourcing strategies to ensure a positive candidate experience and a strong hire.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions for multiple offices and lines of business.
• Partner with hiring managers to hire across East and beyond for various roles.
• Apply creative sourcing strategies to identify talent.
• Conduct initial applicant phone/video interviews and guide candidates through the process.
