DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Recruiter to handle all facets of recruiting based at our Charlotte, North Carolina office. This hybrid role follows an introductory period and involves partnering with managers to build field, warehouse, and administration teams.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of full life cycle recruiting experience and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent). Travel up to 5 days per quarter and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience with Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter; valid driver's license

• Partner with hiring managers to hire across East and beyond for residential, commercial, and administration roles
• Apply sourcing strategies to identify talent
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews and serve as main point of contact
