Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring a results-oriented Recruiter to handle all facets of Recruiting based at our Omaha, Nebraska office with a hybrid work schedule after an introductory period.

You will partner with managers to build field, warehouse, and administration teams, using sourcing strategies to find top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role requires a minimum of three years of full-life cycle recruiting and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-life cycle recruiting for multiple offices and lines of business.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill diverse roles across Mountain Region and beyond.
• Apply creative talent sourcing strategies to identify top candidates.
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Represent the company at recruiting events and career fairs.
