Hybrid setting with three days onsite weekly, located in Vienna, VA (also Winchester) or Pensacola, FL. Qualifications include 1+ year in recruiting, a bachelor's degree, and experience with screening and interview techniques.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of entry-level experience in recruiting or staffing, including knowledge of applicable employment laws and recruiting practices
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with candidate screening and interview techniques
• Ability to use recruiting software, systems, and basic technology tools
• Knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity
• Strong relationship-building skills with sound judgment and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and high-volume roles
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of recruiting methods
• Partner with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and support recruitment solutions
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support offer coordination, candidate engagement, and recruitment process improvements as needed
