Job summary

Seneca Resources in Pensacola, FL, is seeking a Recruiter I to support talent acquisition for entry-level and high-volume roles. This hybrid position requires three days onsite weekly and focuses on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, communication, and offer support.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting activities, build and maintain candidate pipelines, partner with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining confidentiality and

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Foundational knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition practices.
• Knowledge of candidate screening and interviewing techniques.
• Familiarity with ATS, sourcing platforms, and productivity tools.
• Understanding of Title VII, ADEA, ADA and state/federal recruiting requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and high-volume roles.
• Source, identify, engage and screen qualified candidates.
• Develop foundational recruiting strategies to support hiring managers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Screen candidates and support interview processes with effective techniques.
• Maintain communications to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders to identify recruiting solutions.
• Support recruitment events and projects; maintain ATS data accuracy.
• Stay informed on employment laws, policies and best practices.
• Assist in presenting competitive compensation in partnership with HR.
