Darigold is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Seattle-based Talent Acquisition team in a hybrid, full-time capacity.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate, production, and manufacturing roles, building strong manager and candidate relationships while upholding confidentiality and high service standards. You’ll optimize workflows and drive employer-brand initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience across corporate, production and manufacturing roles.
• Experience in high-volume hiring and building relationships with hiring managers.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and deliver high-quality recruitment services.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and hire talent across levels.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to fill roles efficiently.
• Deliver a top-tier end-to-end candidate experience.
• Serve as Talent Adviser on offers and negotiations.
• Enhance Darigold’s employer brand through events and outreach.
• Contribute to special projects and streamline recruitment workflows.
