GDM Seeds is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruitment, engage with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to meet workforce needs, and develop effective sourcing strategies. You will help run early-career programs and build sustainable pipelines for future organization needs.

The role focuses on internships/trainees, university partnerships, and program analytics, with a hybrid work model and strong emphasis on data-driven hiring and candidate

Qualifications

• Knowledge of recruiting principles and talent acquisition practices.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on trends and results.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HR systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with company policies and employment regulations.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at recruiting events and career fairs.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring outcomes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
