Job summary

AAA Washington is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to fill critical roles across the organization. This role supports high-volume and entry-level requisitions and operates in a hybrid schedule, with three days per week in our Bellevue headquarters (Factoria neighborhood).

You will partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and maintain accurate ATS records while upholding AAA's values and commitment to Members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in employee talent acquisition in a human resource department environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill crucial organizational roles, including entry-level and high-volume requisitions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Review qualifications and coordinate pre-screening and interviews.
• Administer assessments and gather feedback for hiring decisions.
• Manage job postings, offers, and negotiations.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and ensure compliance.
