Job summary

Darigold is seeking an experienced Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Seattle-area Talent Acquisition team. This temporary full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality, full-cycle recruiting across corporate, production, and manufacturing teams throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment across manufacturing/operations.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and hire across entry to senior levels.
• Develop creative strategies to attract talent and understand organizational needs.
• Deliver end-to-end, high-quality recruitment experiences for candidates.
• Advise on hiring decisions and negotiate offers with enthusiasm.
• Promote Darigold’s employer brand through events and social channels.
• Contribute to special projects to streamline recruitment workflows.
