Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in employee talent acquisition in a human resource department environment.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to establish, nurture, and optimize key internal and external partnerships and influence organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Reviews applicant qualifications to identify top candidates.
• Gathers and processes required recruitment documentation, ensuring compliance.
• Coordinates pre-screening meetings and interviews with candidates using structured techniques.
• Administers assessments and gathers interview feedback to inform hiring decisions.
• Provides job and benefits information to candidates and opportunities for advancement.
• Manages requisitions and candidate records in the ATS.
• Develops compelling job advertisements to attract diverse candidates.
• Sources candidates through various channels to build a strong pipeline.
• Prepares and extends job offers, negotiates, and communicates decisions.
