Qualifications

• Strong understanding of staffing principles and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders and HR to define position descriptions and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver high quality short lists and close qualified candidates.
• Recruit and conduct resume and phone screens; manage posting across channels.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and staffing reports; respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Represent Airbus at recruiting events and campus activities.
