• Direct recruitment/onboarding coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with HRBPs, managers, and interviewers.
• Coordinate candidate travel and reimbursements.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with detailed communications.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS and upload interview feedback.
• Coordinate onboarding documents and pre-employment checks.
• Support recruitment events and data privacy compliance.
