Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) based in Kinston, NC.

You will support recruitment and onboarding for a portfolio of job functions, collaborating with HR partners and leadership to meet talent needs across the Mobile Manufacturing Site. You will manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and data privacy while coordinating events and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for internal and external candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years administrative experience in a fast paced environment.
• Direct experience in recruitment and/or onboarding coordination activities preferred.
• Experience coordinating interviews and onboarding processes is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate phone and on-site interviews with HRBPs, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Coordinate candidate travel and expenses.
• Prepare candidates for the interview process with detailed communications.
• Maintain data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist in onboarding by collecting required documents from new hires.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements (drug screens, background checks, physicals).
• Process IT requests for new hires and follow up on status.
