Core Specialty Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to act as a strategic recruiting advisor and deliver full-cycle recruiting across multiple professional and technical roles.

This role requires collaboration with business leaders and hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, ensure a positive candidate experience, and hire top talent for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, or hiring processes.
• Experience with ATS (Workday preferred).
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Knowledge of legal hiring practices.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers.
• Capable of handling multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle recruitment for a wide variety of roles (Finance, Accounting, Operational support, Legal, Claims, Underwriting, etc.).
• Partner with business leaders to develop recruitment strategies and provide market intelligence and compensation guidance.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and initiate background checks.
• Actively source candidates through a variety of methods and manage candidate status in Workday.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Collaborate with HR and other functions to improve talent acquisition processes and tools.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business and market needs.
