Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Virtual Sales Talent Acquisition team in a fast‑paced environment.

You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, schedule virtual and in-person events, and maintain recruiting reports using the Workday Applicant Tracking System. The role involves partnering with multiple departments, presenting a professional brand, and delivering best-in-class service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, supporting high-volume roles
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred
• Experience with scheduling/interviewing tools (Outlook, Zoom, Rooster)
• Strong organization, communication, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Fast-paced environment comfort and adaptability
• Ability to build relationships across many teams
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage virtual hiring events, on-site open houses, and job fairs
• Schedule candidate phone screens and manager interviews using Outlook, Teams, Zoom
• Maintain recruiting reports and candidate dispositioning in Workday ATS
• Assist with offers, background checks, onboarding and new-hire forms
• Source passive candidates to grow the recruiting pipeline
• Represent Travel + Leisure Co. at events and maintain employer branding
• Support across departments and provide timely updates to stakeholders
