Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Virtual Sales Talent Acquisition team. This hybrid role involves scheduling interviews, candidate management, communications, reporting, and onboarding activities across multiple departments.

You’ll juggle multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and partner with HR, compensation, call center leaders, and facilities to deliver best-in-class service. Strong organization and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years recruitment experience supporting high-volume call center positions.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred.
• Experience with scheduling/ interviewing tools such as Rooster, MS Outlook, Zoom.
• Strong organization, communication, follow-through, and detail-orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Advanced PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and/or manage activities to prepare and organize virtual hiring events, on-site open houses, job fairs, etc.
• Schedule candidate phone screens and interviews using Outlook, Teams, Zoom.
• Assist with maintaining recruiting reports and timely updates.
• Attend recruiting events and represent Travel + Leisure brand.
• Assist recruiters with applicant flow and dispositioning candidates in Workday ATS.
• Assist with offers, background checks, onboarding/new hire forms; source passive candidates.
• Communicate with candidates after offer to keep them engaged before Day 1.
• Support employment brand messaging and collateral.
• Develop candidate generation strategies and employment branding through marketing, social media and community involvement.
• Performs other duties as required.
