• High agency with output-driven execution.
• Must be based in or relocating to San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and manage candidates across multiple startup pipelines.
• Provide product feedback on Contrario’s AI features.
• Act as a bridge between candidates and startups.
• Refine internal operations and recruiting systems.
