Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Talent Acquisition Generalist to support the TA team and leadership in meeting hiring goals. You will recruit, interview, manage candidates, and support onboarding while maintaining compliant records.

This on-site role may include up to one remote day per week, with regular collaboration across departments to drive timely decisions and positive candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six or more months’ related experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources required.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite interviews, offers, events and other recruiting activities.
• Facilitate internal candidate interviews within the factory environment.
• Review internal candidates and coordinate interview scheduling with factory leadership.
• Travel to satellite locations to support interviews.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout hiring and onboarding.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding requirements.
• Ensure onboarding paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
• Attend weekly new hire orientation sessions and assist with I-9 verification.
• Utilize ATS to manage candidate records and update statuses.
• Assist with interview scheduling, document management and record retention.
• Maintain accurate recruiting, onboarding and candidate records per company standards.
• Partner with leadership to seek guidance on complex situations.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, team members and leaders.
