Job summary

BioPhase Solutions in Seattle is seeking a HYBRID Contract-to-Hire Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Coordinator to support a leading Seattle-area biotech company. Must be local to Seattle, WA and willing to work hybrid 1-2 days/week onsite.

The role focuses on coordinating phone screens, scheduling interviews, posting job openings, preparing offer letters, onboarding new hires, and maintaining candidate records. Experience in recruiting coordination or HR support is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ideally 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or corporate office coordination.
• Strong experience managing high-volume scheduling and complex calendars.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail, ownership, and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Create interview schedules and support interview activities from initial coordination through completion.
• Communicate scheduling details, changes, and next steps clearly and promptly.
• Post approved job openings across appropriate recruiting channels.
• Prepare, route, and track offer letters through signature.
• Support preemployment and onboarding activities for incoming employees.
• Coordinate candidate travel and new hire relocation when needed.
• Serve as an initial point of contact for routine candidate questions involving interviews, travel, relocation, and onboarding.
