Job summary

Carbon Robotics is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 12-month contract based in Seattle. You will work with the Recruiting team and Hiring Partners to drive hiring and deliver an exceptional candidate experience, coordinating complex interview loops and onsite logistics.

You will maintain data integrity in our ATS, support events, and help improve visibility of roles across boards. The role requires 1+ years in recruiting operations, a BA/BS in a related field, and a willingness to work in

Qualifications

• 1+ years of talent coordination or recruiting operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse or Ashby), and recruiting networks.
• Familiarity with talent acquisition practices, recruitment funnel metrics, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and own outcomes while collaborating across shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end interview scheduling across all recruitment stages, coordinating complex virtual and onsite loops.
• Own the onsite candidate experience, managing hospitality, schedule adjustments, and logistics in real time.
• Serve as a trusted ambassador for candidates and hiring teams, elevating the interview experience at every touchpoint.
• Maintain candidate data integrity and recruitment records in the ATS.
• Support high-impact recruiting events, career fairs, and networking initiatives.
• Amplify job visibility by managing listings across major job boards and social platforms.
• Partner with the People team on strategic projects and provide front-desk coverage when needed.
• Work 4 days per week in the Seattle office and foster an in-office culture.
