Housing Connector is growing its People team in Seattle, seeking a Recruiter & HR Generalist who can elevate our hiring and HR operations. You will own full-cycle recruiting across the organization and lead day-to-day HRIS administration, onboarding, benefits coordination, and people programs.

This hybrid role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong judgment, excellent communication, and a data-driven approach to people processes. You will shape how we hire and support our employees as we scale.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a combination, with full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong judgment and ownership; ability to push work forward.
• Comfort building credibility with hiring managers and offering thoughtful input.
• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and hiring strategies.
• Source, assess, and engage candidates while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
• Maintain recruiting data and use pipeline insights to inform decisions and adjust strategy.
• Manage day-to-day HRIS administration, onboarding/offboarding, and benefits coordination; support payroll changes.
• Coordinate recurring people programs and reporting; contribute to events and development initiatives.
