Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support administrative, compliance, budgetary and logistical tasks for the Talent Acquisition team. You will handle inquiries from internal and external sources and ensure timely, accurate service delivery.

The role involves creating job postings, scheduling screenings and interviews, maintaining records, and helping with data analysis and reporting while staying compliant with EEOC and AAP standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring by creating job postings, sorting resumes, and maintaining ATS.
• Schedule phone screenings and coordinate on-site interviews and travel.
• Maintain filings and assist data entry and reporting.
• Prepare data for analysis and generate routine reports.
• Review new hire paperwork and resolve discrepancies with candidates.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and guidelines; stay updated.
• Support other duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition team.
