Job summary

Public Consulting Group in the US is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support system integration projects. The role emphasizes designing, configuring, and developing forms, templates, and workflows, with a focus on low-code platforms and client collaboration to drive value for public sector programs.

The candidate will work in a hybrid environment with travel to client sites, contribute to project plans, and ensure on-schedule delivery within budget while interpreting complex regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience required; Master’s degree (MPA or government focused MBA) preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to understand service delivery systems for programs administered by states and monitored by federal regulators.
• Strong Microsoft Office applications skills, especially data analytics (i.e. ACCESS, SQL, SPSS)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing, configuring, and developing custom forms, templates, and workflows.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on defined functional and non-functional specifications.
• Integrate software components and third‑party programs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, update, and upgrade existing software.
• Gather, evaluate and document customer use cases and business processes.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Understand low code platforms, and configuration methodology.
• Contribute to development of project reports such as Project Schedule, Quality Management Plan, Testing Plan, Conversion Plan, etc.
• Support the client and stakeholders in planning and strategy discussions on risks and issues to keep the project on schedule and budget.
• Understand various software development life cycle methodologies.
