Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with cloud-based software.
• Experience with COTS or SaaS solutions.
• Experience in all phases of the system development life cycle using Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid approaches.
• Participation in implementing integrated solutions to modernize legacy systems and/or mainframe technology.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Write functional specifications for system features.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement solutions.
• Communicate with sponsors and stakeholders to review designs.
• Act as central contact for development and QA staff across lifecycles.
• Provide timely updates to project managers on deliverables.
• Support integration of software components and third-party apps.
• Document client use cases and business processes.
• Contribute to schedules, quality plans, testing plans, and conversion plans.
• Assist clients during planning and strategic discussions.
• Identify and address project risks and issues to stay on budget.
• Apply multiple SDLC methodologies and adapt as needed.
• Support business development, including RFP reviews and writing.
