Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a full-time Implementation Specialist to support system integration projects in a hybrid work environment with some travel/onsite requirements. The role emphasizes designing, configuring, and integrating software components, while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and client requirements.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience, strong data analytics skills (SQL, ACCESS, SPSS), and experience with MS Office

Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing, configuring, and developing custom forms, templates, and workflows.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on defined functional and non-functional specifications.
• Integrate software components and third‑party programs.
• Troubleshoot, debug update, and upgrade existing software.
• Gather, evaluate and document customer use cases and business process.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Understand low code platforms, and configuration methodology.
• Contribute to the development of project reports such as Project Schedule, Quality Management Plan, Testing Plan, Conversion Plan, etc.
• Support the client and stakeholders in the planning and strategy discussions on the best approach for addressing risks and issues as they occur, in an effort to ensure that the project remains on schedule and within budget.
• Understand various software development life cycle methodologies and how they are used
