Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support system integration projects in a hybrid role requiring occasional travel to client sites. The candidate will design, configure, and develop forms, templates, and workflows, and produce clean code aligned with client requirements and project plans.

Roles include documenting customer use cases, creating technical docs, and supporting risk/issue discussions to keep projects on time and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years’ experience required
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Ability to understand service delivery systems for states and federal regulators
• Understand and be expert in complex federal regulations and requirements
• Strong MS Office skills, especially data analytics
• Ability to work with large data sets accurately
• Ability to move projects forward within timelines and budgets

Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing, configuring, and developing forms, templates, and workflows
• Produce clean code based on specifications
• Integrate software components and third‑party programs
• Troubleshoot, debug, update, and upgrade existing software
• Gather, evaluate and document customer use cases and business processes
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
• Understand low code platforms and configuration methodology
• Develop project reports (Schedule, Quality Management, Testing, Conversion)
• Support planning discussions on risks and issues to stay on schedule and budget
• Understand SDLC methodologies and how they are used
