Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a System Integration Business Analyst to drive innovative system integration projects. You will gather requirements through workshops and interviews, write clear functional specifications, and collaborate with development teams to implement solutions.

You will serve as the central point of contact for sponsors, stakeholders, and QA during project lifecycles, provide timely updates to project managers, and help socialize risks, budgets, and schedules across

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hand-on experience with cloud-based software.
• Experience with COTS or SaaS solutions.
• Experience in all phases of the system development life cycle using Agile, Waterfall and/or Hybrid Agile approaches.
• Participation in the implementation of integrated solutions to modernize legacy systems and/or mainframe technology.
• Proficient with MS Office (Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Write clear functional specifications for system features.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement solutions.
• Communicate designs with client sponsors and stakeholders to review designs and collect feedback.
• Serve as central contact for development and QA staff throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide timely updates on deliverables to project managers.
• Support the integration of software components and third-party applications.
• Gather, evaluate, and document client use cases and business processes.
• Create project documents, such as schedules, quality plans, testing plans and conversion plans.
• Support clients during planning and strategic discussions.
• Identify and address project risks and budget constraints.
• Understand multiple SDLC methodologies and their applications.
• Support business development initiatives, including RFP review and writing.
