Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent experience
• 4-6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and governance
• Experience using market dynamics and value-based pricing to inform decisions
• Proficiency in pricing governance, quotes, contracts, and deal economics
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced analytical skills and data synthesis
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Identify pricing opportunities through market and financial analyses and develop pricing strategies
• Lead pricing analyses for price adjustments and new product launches with Finance and ISC
• Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability, and customer economics to inform actions
• Develop pricing models, business cases, and financial analyses for strategic initiatives
• Present pricing performance and recommendations to senior leadership in reviews
• Provide guidance for significant commercial opportunities, national accounts, and pricing approvals
• Review and approve PARs ensuring alignment with policies and profitability goals
• Improve pricing processes, governance, analytics, data integrity, and overall effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance customer value and market competitiveness
