The role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, building strategic target account lists, and leading meetings with decision-makers to drive growth and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years relevant experience.
• Proven success in prospecting, cold calling, and generating new business opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to exceed sales goals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Previous staffing industry work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through outbound business development efforts.
• Build a strategic list of target accounts to develop.
• Secure and lead meetings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
