L'Attitude Inc. is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for a hybrid role covering Philadelphia and nearby NJ/DE. You’ll drive new business with professional services clients, build relationships with owners and executives, and steward a real sales pipeline.

The base compensation is $60,000–$80,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE $200,000–$250,000). The ideal candidate has 2+ years in B2B sales, a proven prospecting track record, and the ability to travel locally to client sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in professional services sales, accounting/advisory, or marketing is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business through calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and partner referrals
• Build relationships with business owners, CFOs, controllers, and operations leaders
• Run discovery calls, coordinate in-person meetings, and qualify opportunities
• Manage a real pipeline with stages, next steps, close dates, and clean CRM notes
• Partner on proposals and present solutions directly to decision-makers
• Work alongside referral partners on co-selling
• Track your own activity and results, and help shape the process as it’s being built
