Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in robotics or related engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on robotics or electromechanical systems experience.
• Strong CAD design, 3D printing, and rapid prototyping skills.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, or Go, with emphasis on C++.
• Experience with embedded microcontrollers or computing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Raspberry Pi or Arduino.
• Ability to integrate motors, sensors, actuators, and controllers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; eligible for U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, fabricate, integrate, and test robotic and electromechanical systems.
• Prototype components using CAD, 3D printing, machining, and other fabrication methods.
• Develop robotics software, primarily in C++, for real-time applications.
• Integrate motors, actuators, sensors, cameras, controllers, and other components.
• Develop embedded control and data-acquisition systems using Raspberry Pi/Arduino.
• Integrate subsystems into fully functional prototypes.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software integration and optimize performance.
• Document designs, testing results, and recommendations for stakeholders.
