Job summary

WRITER is an AI platform serving top enterprise marketing and revenue teams. This role focuses on expanding human capacity through superintelligence by partnering with leading enterprise customers to architect AI-powered solutions using our platform and LLMs.

You will translate complex needs into tangible applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of generative AI. This hybrid role spans multiple hubs (San Francisco, Chicago, Austin, New York City, Seattle,

Qualifications

5+ years in technical SaaS roles with at least 3 years in solutions architecture or technical consulting
Strong Python fluency and API experience, including designing sophisticated prompts and linguistic considerations for AI
Proven track record delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises
Exceptional communication and executive presence, able to simplify AI concepts for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases and own end-to-end implementation
Architect and deliver customized applications, templates, and integrations using WRITER's platform
Translate technical concepts into prescriptive AI solution recommendations for customers
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback into the roadmap
Develop scalable processes and robust documentation for technical integrations
Drive successful adoption and expansion of WRITER's AI solutions within customer accounts
