WRITER is seeking a Deployment Engineer to expand human capacity through superintelligence for large enterprise customers. You will architect AI-powered solutions, design integrations using WRITER's platform and APIs, and transform complex needs into tangible applications that deliver measurable business impact.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, deliver scalable processes, and drive customer value while operating across WRITER's hybrid hubs in major US cities.

Formación

• 5+ years in technical SaaS roles with at least 3 years in solutions architecture or technical account management
• Fluent in Python and experienced with APIs, plus designing sophisticated prompts and linguistic principles for AI apps
• Proven track record delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in a fast‑paced, high‑growth B2B SaaS environment
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, able to simplify AI concepts for diverse audiences
• Builder mindset with curiosity to experiment, learn, and iterate in generative AI
• Strong collaboration with product and engineering teams, turning customer feedback into product improvements

Responsabilidades

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases and own end‑to‑end implementations
• Architect and deliver custom apps, templates, and integrations using WRITER's platform and APIs
• Translate complex concepts into prescriptive solutions and guide customers through the AI landscape
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap with customer feedback
• Develop scalable processes, robust docs, and efficient workflows for integrations
• Champion adoption of WRITER's AI solutions within accounts to maximize ROI
