Job summary

Rose International seeks a ServiceNow Developer ITSM Integrations & AI in Richmond, VA, hybrid work 2-3 days on-site. This temporary full-time role focuses on secure API integrations, custom ServiceNow development, and AI-enabled enhancements.

Your experience with ITSM, REST/SOAP APIs, and Flow Designer will help design scalable, maintainable solutions across ITSM modules and service portals.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Strong API integration design and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and AI features is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
• Build secure integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Develop scripted REST APIs, business rules, and UI policies.
• Configure ITSM modules: Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB.
• Create accessible experiences across Employee Center and Service Portal.
