Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements
• Build secure, reliable integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, IntegrationHub, MID Server
• Develop scripted REST APIs, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows
• Configure and extend ITSM capabilities, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB
• Create intuitive, accessible experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, workspaces, forms, catalogs, and mobile
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, data, and performance issues
• Apply development standards, security controls, testing, code review, source control, and release-management
• Develop reusable components and documentation; support upgrades and releases; evaluate AI opportunities
