Job summary

Leidos is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing ServiceNow improvement projects in an enterprise environment. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform while collaborating with a diverse team and gathering stakeholder requirements.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and 1–2 years of ServiceNow exposure, with willingness to work Eastern Time in a hybrid DC-area setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years of ServiceNow experience or foundational knowledge of its architecture.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ITOM/ITAM concepts.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and team‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work in Agile and participate in daily scrums and ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Team Support: collaborate with teammates, clients, and vendors under supervision; gather feedback and document requirements.
• AI exposure: interest in Now Assist, third‑party LLM APIs, or automated test frameworks.
• Development: basic JavaScript/Glide, HTML5, jQuery, CSS; configure environments and support release management.
• Collaborate with the team on design, task estimation, and documentation of use cases and testing procedures.
